Summer Festival at Mont et Mer in Front of JR Ashiya Station on August 13–14 with Ring Toss and Shooting Games

A “Summer Festival” will be held on August 13–14 under the covered walkway in front of the west entrance to Daimaru on the 1st floor of Mont et Mer, directly connected to JR Ashiya Station. ↑ Poster at the Mont et Mer entrance The festival runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visitors can try target shooting, ring toss, and bottle fishing for ¥300 per game. Participants will also receive prizes! ↑ The covered walkway in front of Daimaru’s west entrance

“Midsummer Cool Sweets” Event Underway at Mont et Mer by JR Ashiya Station Through Tue Aug 16

The “Midsummer Refreshing Sweets” event is being held through Tuesday, August 16, on the 3rd-floor event space at Mont et Mer, the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station. Enjoy summery treats from across Japan, including ripe white peach jelly from Toukatei in Aichi, kuzukiri and warabi mochi from Sasaya Iori in Kyoto, matcha sweets from Higashiyama Saryo, wrapped crepes from crepe TUTUMU in Osaka, and sencha pudding from Tohaku Saryo in Gifu.
