Bakeries Taking Part in the “Autumn Bread Festival”
Quoted from Daimaru Ashiya SHOP BLOG
For this “Autumn Bread Festival,” a variety of bakeries from across Japan will be making their first appearance at Daimaru Ashiya!
One especially noteworthy shop is fruits and season from Tokyo, said to be Japan’s first specialty shop for vegan fruit sandwiches!
They use carefully selected fruit and a whipped cream made without any dairy or eggs, designed to bring out the best flavor of the fruit.
