“HOLIDAY Sweets Collection” Starts Today Dec. 21 Wed at Mont et Mer by JR Ashiya Station

A “Holiday Sweets Collection” will be held at Mont et Mer by JR Ashiya Station from Dec. 21 to 25.

Illuminations have begun again at the plaza in front of JR Ashiya Station, featuring a giant Christmas tree display and the familiar flamingos.

We tried the “Pistachio Diplomate” cake and rose blend tea at PATISSERIE AKAINEKO, a café-style cake shop near JR Ashiya Station.

PATISSERIE AKAINEKO, a cake shop with a cafe, opened on December 2 near JR Ashiya Station at 3-24-2 Funadocho, Ashiya.

The renovated toilets inside JR Ashiya Station’s ticket gates will reopen from the first train on Saturday, December 3.
