I went to the pre-opening of “Misawa no Yasai,” a salad bowl specialty shop scheduled for its grand opening on Monday, November 7 on the 1st floor of the West Building of “Laporte,” the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station〜

“Classic Domestic Salmon and Avocado Salad” 1,590 yen (tax included)
↑This is an incredibly lavish salad, with a base of cabbage, red leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, Kyoto mizuna, and kale, topped with domestic salmon and avocado, plus sliced onions from Awaji Island, Kujo green onions, seaweed salad, corn, daikon radish, and kaiware sprouts!
↑After the grand opening, you’ll be able to choose your favorite dressing from 11 varieties〜! For this salad, they recommend the “Japanese-style Wasabi Dressing”, but since it has a spicy kick, they also have another recommended dressing for anyone who isn’t a fan of wasabi〜
↑The dressing comes on the side, so you can adjust the flavor just how you like it!
↑As you’d expect from a shop supervised by the food wholesaler “Misawa,” the vegetables were crisp and fresh! It was filling too, so I was very satisfied〜!
↑The paper bowl has a logo sticker on it, and it’s cute! This would be great for takeout or a shared lunch〜!
↑In addition to salads, they also plan to sell “cold-pressed juice,” and during the pre-opening they let me sample some! It’s packed with vegetables and healthy, but still easy to drink〜!

↑The interior left an impression with its stylish gray walls, tables with the warmth of wood, and the cute logo drawn on the wall!
There were no seats during the pre-opening, but after the grand opening, it’s expected to become an eat-in space with chairs〜
