At HELMS Chocolate, which opened on February 10 on the first floor of the building “Ghost Castle Ashiya” on the southeast side of Ashiyagawa River along National Route 2, we bought some bonbon chocolates that look like jewels!
“HELMS Chocolate” “Jewelry Chocolate”

“Jewelry Chocolate” 194 yen each (tax included)
This time, as an opening special, they gave us one extra for free!

↑ The packaging sparkles just like a jewel☆ Even the flavor names are gemstones, like “Ruby,” “Emerald,” and “Aquamarine”!

↑ Here’s what the chocolates inside look like. They’re perfectly round bonbons!

↑ This time we bought five kinds: “Amethyst (hojicha milk),” “Aquamarine (salted caramel),” “Emerald (pistachio),” “Sapphire (royal milk tea),” and “Topaz (sakura milk)”!
There were 12 flavors in total, including “Turquoise (praline)” and “Peridot (matcha milk)”!

↑ After trying them, every flavor was so rich and full-bodied!! You can really taste each distinct flavor, like sakura, pistachio, and tea. Each piece is satisfying on its own, but it also makes you want to try all the different flavors♪
