On the 1st floor of “Ghost Castle Ashiya,” a building on the southeast side of the Ashiya River along National Route 2, the chocolate shop “HELMS Chocolate” opened on February 10!

Inside “HELMS Chocolate”
↑ The chocolate sales area is on the left as you enter the shop.
↑ The round table is filled with colorful chocolates that look just like jewels!
↑ These chocolates are called “Jewelry Chocolate,” and even the flavor names are jewel names like “Ruby (strawberry milk),” “Citrine (yuzu lemon),” “Emerald (pistachio),” and “Diamond (rich milk)”! So charming!
↑ The display is stylish and lovely too!
↑ The “Marble Tablet Chocolate” bars are cute too!
↑ This is the stylish, painting-like “HELMS Chocolate”! It looks perfect for a gift!
↑ Mixed in among all those delicious-looking chocolates… silver chocolate!?
↑ Believe it or not, this shop also sells chocolate-shaped ingots made of real gold and silver! Such an incredible playful touch!
↑ Inside the shop, they also sell antique (vintage) jewelry and furniture. While picking up chocolate, you can enjoy browsing beautiful jewelry and furniture too!
Area Around “HELMS Chocolate”
↑ It’s on the south side of National Route 2, at the corner of the “Narihirabashi Higashizume” intersection. “Narihirabashi Police Box” is right next door on the right.
↑ If you head this way (west), you’ll find “Ashiya Thousand Building,” which has “Ashiya Karubi Land” on the 1st floor, as well as “Yamato Ramen Kōundō Ashiya” and more.
↑ If you go the opposite way (east), there are places like “Clark Memorial International High School Ashiya Campus” and “Bigot no Mise Ashiya Main Store.”
↑ Across the street, you’ll find places such as “Ashiya Civic Center Main Building” and “Nichiikids Ashiya Nursery School.”
