We tried the weekday-only rice bowl lunch at Ashiya Tonkatsu Musashi, a tonkatsu specialty restaurant near JR Ashiya Station. The ¥1,000 shrimp cutlet bowl features two plump shrimp cutlets simmered with egg, served with rich red miso soup and pickles.
