“Gui’s Burger” opened in 2022 as a wagyu hamburger specialty shop, known for its patties made only with wagyu sourced directly from farmers across Japan.
It was also ranked 17th last year in another global ranking and has been selected for the “Tabelog 100 Famous Restaurants 2026 Burger Category,” so it seems to be making waves both in Japan and around the world〜
