I went to try a hamburger made with carefully selected wagyu at wagyu burger specialty shop “Gui’s Burger”, which opened on December 9 in Omasu-cho along the Naruo Mikage Line!
Gui’s Burger’s “Wagyu Cheeseburger”

“Wagyu Cheeseburger Single” 1,400 yen (tax included) “Ginger Ale” 300 yen (tax included)

↑ The regular menu uses a meat called “MEET KANADA-SAN|NAKASUJI,” but since that was sold out, they made mine with a “MEET ISHITOBI-SAN|JUKU SUSTAINABLE WAGYU” patty!

↑ From the back, the sauce is all melty!

↑ Besides the patty and cheese, it’s also filled with sautéed onions!

↑ The meat is incredibly juicy, with amazing sweetness from the fat! It’s the kind of umami you can only get from a wagyu hamburger!

↑ All hamburger menu items come with fries!

↑ It also comes with ketchup, so you can dip them however you like.
Gui’s Burger’s Menu

↑ In addition to cheeseburgers, they have burgers with crispy potatoes, bacon, and more, each featuring a different kind of wagyu! You can also make the meat a double.

↑ The meat in the burger I had this time was this “Sustainable Wagyu Juku,” and it seems the cattle are fed with feed that’s good for their health.

↑ Inside the shop, they clearly introduce how each type of wagyu reflects the producer’s particular dedication!
