Near JR Ashiya Station, on the 1st floor of “Arpa Ashiya” along Ekimae-dori, the bakery “Boulangerie mille-gé” had its grand opening on November 1〜

↑The exterior of “Boulangerie mille-ge.” This is where the bakery “BAKE STAND” used to be.

↑In the space next door, where the fresh pasta specialty restaurant “PASTA DINER” used to be, there are notices about the opening date, business hours, and so on. You can’t enter this area, so it might be used as the bread workshop or back area.
Here’s the map↓
The address is Arpa Ashiya Building 2, Room 104, 1-20 Matsunouchicho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

In Closing
A new bakery has opened in the JR Ashiya area along Ekimae-dori! Apparently, the chef is Tomohisa Enoki, who produces the bakeries “Pan to Tabi Suru” and “Pan wo Yumemiru”, which have locations in Umeda, Osaka.
We’ll share our thoughts after actually trying the bread in a future “Ashitsu Gourmet” article〜
