Near JR Ashiya Station, on the 1st floor of “Alpa Ashiya” along Ekimae-dori, it looks like bakery “Boulangerie mille-gé” is scheduled to open around mid-October〜

↑A job posting for opening staff was posted.
It looks like the shop will have Tomohisa Enoki as chef, who produces the bakeries “パンと旅する” and “パンをユメみる” in Osaka’s Umeda area.
“パンと旅する” also holds an event every year at the plaza in front of Koshien Station in Nishinomiya〜

↑The exterior of the planned opening location. Job postings were posted both at the former site of bakery “BAKE STAND” and the former site of fresh pasta specialty shop “PASTA DINER”, and construction work was also underway. Could it be that the two spaces are becoming one shop…? We’re curious!
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-20 Matsunouchicho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Alpa Ashiya Building 2, 1F.
