It looks like the tenant building “Palais Elegance” on Narihira Sakura-dori along the Ashiya River will host a special two-day pop-up featuring Italian gelato shop “che bontà” and non-alcoholic cocktail specialist “MOCKTERIA” on Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6!

“che bontà” and “MOCKTERIA” Pop-Up
What are these shops like?
“che bontà” is an Italian gelato specialty shop that opened in Okamoto, Kobe in 2022. Its panini made with pizza dough are also said to be popular.
“MOCKTERIA” is a mocktail bar that opened in Sannomiya, Kobe in 2020, specializing in authentic mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails).
Neither shop has a location in Ashiya, so this is a great chance to try flavors you normally can’t find in the city♪
When will the pop-up take place?
Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on both days

The second day of the pop-up, Sunday, April 6, is also the day of the “Ashiya Sakura Festival”! During last year’s festival, the bars “芦屋日記” and “ラッフィナート” held pop-ups at the same location.
