It looks like the supermarket “F.F. MARCHE Ashiya”, located along National Route 2 north of Uchide Station, around across from Kusunoki Children’s Park, will pre-open on Wednesday, April 27, and have its grand opening on Thursday, April 28!

It seems to be operated by the same company as the famously ultra-cheap “Super Tamade,” but this looks like it will be a completely different kind of supermarket, with an upscale style that feels very Ashiya!
Several high-end supermarkets have opened in Ashiya recently, but there haven’t been many around Uchide, so this is exciting! It looks like the area is going to become even more convenient!
