The company listed as the builder, “株式会社フライフィッシュ,” appears to be the company that operates the famously super-cheap “Super Tamade”!
S-Super Tamade is finally coming to Ashiya City…!? That was my first shocked reaction, but “株式会社アイセ・リアリティー,” which has invested in Flyfish, apparently operates the high-end food supermarket “ボンラスパイユ,” so it also seems quite possible they’ll be launching a new upscale supermarket brand.

If you go this way (west), you’ll find “McDonald’s Ashiya Uchide” next door, and farther along there are places such as “Kentucky Fried Chicken R-2 Ashiya,” “Nigiri Chojiro Ashiya,” and “Hanshin BMW Ashiya Branch.”
If you go the other way (east), there are places such as “Volks Ashiya,” “Jolly Pasta Ashiya,” “Big Boy Ashiya,” and “TSUTAYA Shukugawa.”
Across the street are “ENEOS Ashiya Self Station SS” and “Kusunoki Children’s Park.”

Just hearing “a Super Tamade-affiliated store in Ashiya” already makes a big impact, but we still don’t know the details at all, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on future updates!
