I had lunch at “更科,” a soba restaurant on Sanpachi-dori in Chayanocho!

Oyako-don on its own is 650 yen (tax included).
This oyako-don has a bold, well-seasoned flavor that makes the rice go down so easily!
The egg was perfectly soft-set, too!
For the set, you can choose from four options: udon (hot or cold) or soba (hot or cold). This time I went with cold soba〜
The Sarashina soba was served dipping-style and was smooth and easy to eat. Together with the rice bowl, it was just the right amount〜 I was full!
