Yakiniku Hanana, located near JR Ashiya Station, relocated and reopened this September, and since they started serving lunch in November, I went there for a solo yakiniku meal!
Yakiniku Hanana’s “Sauce-Marinated Wagyu Offcut Lunch”

Lunch set “Sauce-Marinated Wagyu Offcuts” 1,500 yen (tax included)
This is a yakiniku lunch where you grill the meat yourself.

The offcuts include a mix of different cuts, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors all at once. Great value!

It comes with rice, miso soup, and salad. The miso soup has yuzu peel in it, giving it a refined flavor! No wonder, considering they also run udon restaurants in the same group.

The nice thing about solo yakiniku is that you can grill and eat everything at your own pace, just the way you like it.

The exhaust hood directly above the grill pulls in the smoke really well, so the ventilation feels reassuring too!

Time to enjoy the freshly grilled meat with rice! Juicy and fragrant! The thickness varies from piece to piece, so you can enjoy the differences in every slice.

In addition to the offcuts, there are set meals featuring horumon, skirt steak, bone-in kalbi, salted tongue, and more. You can also add extra meat only to your set!
Yakiniku Hanana Store Information

The restaurant is on the northwest side of JR Ashiya Station, tucked down the passageway to the left of the udon shop “花菜 JR芦屋駅前店” along the street in front of the station.

Since it just relocated and reopened this September, the ventilation was good, and the interior was very clean and stylish!
