At “イトー屋,” located on the south side of Hanshin Uchide Station, you can buy commercial-use frozen gyoza sold directly from the gyoza factory!
The packaging is simple and has a very “definitely commercial-use!” feel, but the included “How to Cook Gyoza” instructions are very detailed and easy to understand!
The wrappers are on the thicker side, so you can enjoy both crispy and chewy textures. The meat filling is also very juicy!

芦屋 うめちゃんの味（near JR Ashiya Station）
“芦屋・うめちゃんの味” is a specialty shop for takeout frozen gyoza and retort curry, located about a 5-minute walk north of JR Ashiya Station!
These frozen gyoza recreate the flavors of Shigeo Umeda, also known as “Ume-chan,” who played in the 1962 (Showa 37) Koshien Spring High School Baseball Invitational Tournament and later became a chef after marrying the daughter of the Chikuen Ryokan, where he stayed at the time.
The outside is crisp, while the wrapper is nice and chewy! The filling is juicy, too! We recommend trying your first one without any sauce!

“けやきや” is a takeout shop specializing in fresh gyoza that opened on July 16 this year along Miyagawa Keyaki-dori in Higashiyamacho.
The refrigerated fresh gyoza are sold in paper boxes with cute labels. They also have frozen gyoza!
There’s a wide variety of gyoza, including shiso gyoza and chicken gyoza.
You can enjoy different flavors with condiments like “special miso sauce” and “homemade vinegar soy sauce.”
