The client is “Kamoya Co., Ltd.” That’s the real estate company that operates the nearby “Seven-Eleven JR Ashiya Ekimae Store”.
↑ It’s the vacant lot just south of the station, where excavators and other heavy machinery have been working for a while. On the same site, to the right of this sign, there’s also a sign that says “We are preparing a bicycle parking area.”
It looks like both a bicycle parking area and a shop will be built in this area.

Since the client is the same Kamoya Co., Ltd. behind the “Seven-Eleven JR Ashiya Ekimae Store,” which moved from the southeast side of the station to the southwest side in November 2023, it makes you wonder: will Seven-Eleven be moving again?
