It looks like the cream soda specialty shop “Cafe & Gallery 洋燈(ランプ)芦屋” is opening on Friday, June 6 along the railway tracks near Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station〜
(Information provided by haru and Ichiko)
↑ A post from the official “Cafe & Gallery 洋燈” Instagram account
The café will offer 10,000 varieties of cream soda and daily desserts. The interior will also be illuminated by numerous Turkish lamps. They are apparently planning to hold Turkish lamp-making workshops and classes too〜

↑ The exterior of Ashiya Seishu Plaza, where “Cafe & Gallery 洋燈” will open. The basement level(semi-basement)is home to the Mini 4WD café and bar “Guild”.

↑ “Cafe & Gallery 洋燈” will apparently be through the door in the center of the photo at the top of the stairs.

↑ It is a little difficult to see because of the reflection, but the interior already appeared to be decorated with lots of Turkish lamps!
