↑Let’s enjoy it fresh off the griddle and piping hot〜! When I gently cracked open the crispy shell…

↑Inside, it was packed with “golden an,” made with Anno sweet potatoes from Tanegashima! It really shines just like the name says〜!

↑Since it’s sweet potato filling, I thought it might feel pretty heavy, but it was surprisingly light and I finished it in no time! The golden an was packed all the way to the tip of the tail〜!

↑They put it in a wrapper that explains the “best way to enjoy it”〜

If it cools down, they recommend warming it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then crisping up the surface in an oven toaster. Apparently, it can be stored frozen for about one month, and it’s also delicious eaten chilled!

↑Regular taiyaki are 230 yen (tax included), and croissant taiyaki are 340 yen (tax included).

↑The “Golden An” option contains only the Anno sweet potato golden an, while the other variations contain both golden an and another filling. The combinations of chocolate or custard with golden an sound way too tempting〜! In addition to taiyaki, they also sell “torotoro warabimochi.”

↑Their “Croissant Taiyaki” uses buttery Danish pastry dough. It comes in golden an, coarse red bean paste, custard, and chocolate varieties.
