“Cafe Rucette,” located on the first floor of “SPACE R” along Chaya Sakura-dori Street, will reopen on February 20 as “麹菓堂 wabi (Kikkado Wabi),” a shop offering baked goods made with koji and light meals featuring koji-based seasonings.

Since 2023, 麹菓堂 wabi has been making baked goods in a rental kitchen in Nishinomiya and selling them at events and through its online store. We can’t wait to see what the new shop will be like!
