On December 3, we tried the signature “tigre” at “芦屋ティグ,” a baked sweets shop with a cafe that opened in Kōkōchō, near Ashiya Kōkō Post Office!
“芦屋ティグ”’s “Tigre White Cassis”

Since it’s a drink and tigre set, you get 100 yen off this price.
↑ Open the cute lidded dish, and a heart-shaped “tigre” appears!
↑ In the center of the financier batter, there’s sweet-tart cassis sauce and smooth, melty white chocolate!
↑ If you eat in, they’ll warm up the baked sweets for you, so you can enjoy a crisp, light texture that tastes freshly baked!
