This event celebrates the 42nd anniversary of Daimaru Ashiya’s opening on October 9, and will feature a carefully selected lineup of sweets from all over Japan!

One of the highlighted shops this time is Tokyo’s craft butter sweets brand “Butters,” making its first appearance at Daimaru Ashiya!
They’ll apparently be selling items such as the “Craft Butter Cake,” a three-layer sweet made with milk jam sandwiched between galette bretonne and financier.

Shizuoka Prefecture’s “TAKEZAWA SELECT” will be making its first appearance at Daimaru Matsuzakaya! It’s also their Kansai debut!
They’ll apparently be selling “Caramel Moo Sand” and “Rich Moo Sand,” cookie sandwiches with soft caramel and sauce enclosed in chocolate.

“Biscuiterie Imo Kuri Nankin ASHIYA,” a baked sweets specialty shop that opened on March 18 along Miyagawa Keyaki-dori in Ashiya, will also be making its first appearance at Daimaru Matsuzakaya!
Their baked sweets made with sweet potato are perfect for autumn!
Other featured shops are expected to include Tokyo Denenchofu’s “COMME PARIS,” the Taiwan-born sweets brand “SunnyHills,” and “Kurumicco” from Kanagawa Prefecture’s “Kamakura Beniya”!
