The coffee room on the 2nd floor of “Ashiya Municipal Gymnasium and Youth Center” is “Cafe de blanche（カフェ ド ブランシュ）”.
The “daily service lunch” is just 896 yen (tax included) and comes with a main dish, two side dishes, salad, rice, miso soup, and even a drink!

Cafe de Blanche（Ashiya Municipal Hospital）
It has the same name as the café in the municipal gymnasium, but this one is a restaurant on the 4th floor of the administration building at Ashiya Municipal Hospital.
The lunch menu is quite extensive, with set meals like “tonkatsu set meal” and “daily service lunch,” plus pasta, curry, and more. Every menu item is available for takeout!

待夢里（Ashiya City Hall）
The cafeteria on the basement 1st floor of the north building at Ashiya City Hall is “待夢里（Timely）”. What a cool, old-school name!
They seem to have rice bowls like katsudon, udon and soba, curry rice, ramen, daily A and B lunches, and even a “legendary omurice.” Now that sounds tempting!

Located along the Ashiya River, the café just inside the “Ashiya Civic Center” next to Luna Hall is “キッチンカフェなりひら”.
They serve well-balanced set meals, light meals such as curry, pilaf, and hot sandwiches, as well as sweets and alcoholic drinks.

Café De Repos（Ashiya City Museum of Art & History）
“Café De Repos（カフェ・ド・ルポ）” is a glass-walled café located on the grounds of the Ashiya City Museum of Art & History. Terrace seating is also available.
In addition to light meals such as toasted sandwiches, panini, toast, and curry rice, they also serve sweets like homemade waffles, cakes, and anmitsu.
