On May 8, the wood-fired pizza restaurant “Viola” opened, so we tried takeout right away on opening day!

The smoky aroma from the wood-fired oven and the chewy texture of the dough go perfectly with the bright, tangy tomato sauce!
This definitely makes you want to try their other pizzas too.

The “’Nduja e Bianchetti” really catches your eye just from the name! A pizza that starts with “n”…!

Since it was opening day, there were lots of flower stands lined up in front of the shop.
They looked very busy with many customers coming in for both dine-in and takeout!
