We got takeout karaage from the karaage takeout specialty shop “Minna no Karaage Ashiya Uchide,” which opened near Hanshin Uchide Station on July 14!

As for the taste, the breast meat is moist, tender, and light! The thigh is tender and juicy!
Both are seasoned lightly, so it feels like they’re meant to be enjoyed with the “flavor-changing sauces” introduced later.

These are large pieces of karaage, about 90g each. The seasoning is stronger on these! The meat has a firmer texture.
