Aiming to become a “world-class music competition,” the event is reportedly seeking talent from across Japan and around the world, regardless of nationality, region, or age.
The preliminary rounds include an “in-person hall preliminary” held at Salon Classic in Higashi-Ashiya-cho and Kobe College Music Hall in Nishinomiya, as well as an “online preliminary” where applicants submit videos. With the online preliminary, it looks like people from all over Japan and even overseas can apply!
