The apartment building called “Unité Sala Ashiya”, which you can see between Ashiya Station and Fukae Station when riding the Hanshin Railway, is currently being demolished.

The address is 1-14-8 Fukaehonmachi, Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Even though it has “Ashiya” in the name, it’s actually in Fukae… That’s a pretty common thing with apartment buildings around here.

It said it will be a nine-story “apartment building with retail space”! I wonder what kind of shop will move in〜
Looking at the floor plan, it seems the first floor will be retail space! If the entire first floor is used, that would be pretty spacious〜 Maybe a restaurant? A convenience store? We’re looking forward to it!
