Interior work was underway at “フルーツデザート専門店 キュダモ,” a fruit dessert specialty shop in Ogimasu-cho along National Route 2.
It had been closed for quite a while since around last November, but could it be reopening after a renovation?
There doesn’t seem to be any information yet on Instagram or elsewhere, but we’re curious.

In the same building, there is “スタジオkaiLA” next door and the café-restaurant “レスカエコ・ビゴ” on the second floor.
If you head this way west, you’ll find “Narihira Bridge” over the Ashiya River. Beyond that are places like “Ashiya Thousand Building,” “やまとラーメン 香雲堂 芦屋店,” and “洋服の青山 芦屋店.”
If you go the other way east, you’ll find places such as “サーティワンアイスクリーム 芦屋ロードサイド店,” “Le chocolate cherry.c”, and “明日の食パン 芦屋本店”.
Across the street is “ビゴの店 芦屋本店.”

The physical shop had been closed for quite some time, but it seems they had been appearing at department store events and similar pop-ups.
It looks like new items such as “maritozzo” have also appeared at those events, so if the physical shop reopens after renovation, maybe we’ll get to discover some new fruit desserts too? We’re looking forward to it.
