On opening day, I picked up some mini muffins from “ラ・スール・ドゥ・ユルスナール,” a gluten-free rice flour bread and sweets specialty shop that opened near Hanshin Ashiya Station on May 29!

Left: “Rice Flour Mini Muffin: Plain Muffin” 1g = 6 yen (about 150 yen each, tax included)
Right: “Rice Flour Mini Muffin: Orange Chocolat” 1g = 6 yen (about 150 yen each, tax included)
All the muffins are sold by weight at 1g = 6 yen, and the two muffins in the photo came to exactly 300 yen!
The plain muffin has a moist texture and a simple buttery aroma! You really wouldn’t know it’s made without wheat flour.
The orange chocolat has chocolate chips inside, and the orange flavor pairs perfectly with the chocolate!

It opened on the northeast side of Hanshin Ashiya Station, along the Naruo-Mikage Line!
There are four kinds of mini muffins: “Coffee Walnut,” “Matcha Azuki,” “Plain Muffin,” and “Orange Chocolat.”
When I went around just before 2 p.m. on opening day, all the baked sweets and breads other than the mini muffins were sold out!
They said the “savory bread” would be ready in about 15 minutes, so it seemed like more items were being added throughout the day!
I’m curious about the “Half-Baked Cheesecake”…!
In addition to baked sweets and bread, they also sell wheat-free sweets, noodles, and more.
