Final Thoughts
The Ashiya Municipal Midori Community Life Support Center provides services that help people with disabilities live independently. Since the center holds this autumn festival every year, it sounds like a warm and welcoming event where local residents can casually stop by and enjoy themselves together. Admission is free, and everyone from children to seniors is welcome, which is another great plus. Hopefully, the weather will be nice!
