Final Thoughts
This program was launched following the Nojigiku Hyogo National Sports Festival, and this year it will once again be held in October as a precaution against heatstroke. Opportunities to canoe on the sea in Ashiya don’t come around very often, and it’s great that participants can receive free instruction from experienced coaches. The application deadline is Wednesday, September 16, so be sure to apply soon.
