Coin Laundry & Dry Cleaning “Home Dry”

↑It looks like dry cleaning will be open from 9:00 to 19:00 and closed on Thursdays. The coin laundry will be open 24 hours a day, year-round.
They also seem to be holding an opening sale from Thursday, April 30 to Monday/national holiday, May 4 (until the 10th for the coin laundry).
Green Shop “vitary”

It had been scheduled to open on April 30, but it seems that the opening was moved up to the 22nd, and the shop was already open.
Roastery Cafe “Northern Eight Coffee”

It opened on April 22, and lots of customers were already there on the first day! The terrace seating was popular too, and we even saw people visiting with their dogs.
Stores in Building B at “Otto Terrace Minami-Ashiyahama”
↑Building B looks like it will have a supermarket, dispensing pharmacy, and dental clinic on the 1st floor, with clinics on the 2nd floor.
Opening Flyers for Supermarket “Maruhachi Shin-Minami-Ashiyahama”
↑It opened on April 22. Opening sale flyers were available. It looks like the opening sale runs for three days, through Friday the 24th. A lot of things were really cheap!
Dispensing Pharmacy “Cocokara Fine Pharmacy”

↑There was a notice saying it is scheduled to open on Friday, May 1. From what we saw, it looked like a dispensing-pharmacy-only location, without an attached drugstore.
Stores in Building C at “Otto Terrace Minami-Ashiyahama”
↑Building C is scheduled to open as a combined three-store shop on one floor, featuring the 100-yen shop “DAISO,” the lifestyle goods shop “Standard Products,” and the 300-yen shop “THREEPPY.”
↑It is scheduled to open on Thursday, April 30. They were stocking the shelves, and the space looked really big, so setting everything up must be quite a job.
Finally
Only a limited number of stores have opened so far, but plenty of people were already visiting from the very first day! There’s a grassy plaza between the buildings, with benches arranged around it, so it seems like a nice place to relax for a bit between shopping stops.
