It looks like women’s shoe store “BeauFort” is scheduled to open around March near JR Ashiya Station, along the Yamate Kansen road〜

↑A poster saying “March OPEN” was posted at the planned opening site.

“BeauFort” is a women’s shoe brand from Nagata Ward, Kobe, and they reportedly sell Japanese-made shoes crafted by skilled artisans at more than 40 department store locations across Japan〜

Here’s the map↓
The address is 12-28 Oharacho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around the Planned “BeauFort” Opening Site

↑It’s a street-level shop on the first floor of a building on the north side of Yamate Kansen. “GLOSA ORGANIC ASHIYA” is on the left, “Au Bon Sandwich Bigot” is on the right, and the second floor of the same building houses places like “Noma Aya Ballet School” and hair salon “KUVEL.”

↑If you go this way to the west, you’ll find La Porte North Building, which includes “BRAND OFF La Porte Ashiya Store,” “panya Ashiya Main Store,” “Komeda’s Coffee Ashiya La Porte Store,” “7-Eleven Ashiya Station North Exit Store,” and more.

↑If you go the opposite way to the east, you’ll find “MUFG Bank Ashiya Branch,” “Mutsumi Pharmacy,” “Awaji Beef, Charcoal and Wine Papare,” “Gallery Crane,” and more. Cross the Miyagawa River and you’ll be headed toward Shinnozukacho and Midorigaokacho.

↑Across the street are places like antique shop “Atelier Mu,” hair salon “AMBER,” and tofu shop “Yamaichi.”
Lastly
Apparently, BeauFort’s street-level store outside of a department store is in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo. I’d love to try their high-quality, foot-friendly shoes made by Japanese artisans at least once〜
