For the House of Representatives general election, with voting and ballot counting on Sunday, February 8, 2026, early voting locations will be set up at Ashiya City Hall and on the 4th floor of La Porte Main Building〜

The early voting location at City Hall remains the same as last time, on the 1st floor of the North Building, but the special voting location in La Porte Main Building has changed.
Until now, “La Porte Hall” on the 3rd floor had been used as the early voting location, but this time it will apparently be set up on the 4th floor〜
↑ This change is probably because “La Porte Hall” on the 3rd floor is scheduled to be used as a tax return filing venue from Wednesday, February 4. (The photo is from 2022.)

Early voting at City Hall began yesterday, January 28, but voting at La Porte Main Building will start on Sunday, February 1. Please take note〜
Also, election notices (polling place admission tickets) are scheduled to arrive at each household around February 4.According to the city, you can still vote at either location even if your election notice (polling place admission ticket) has not arrived yet.If you have plans on election day, be sure to use early voting!
