Kazuo Kikui, the owner of 芦屋ジュエリー工房フィール near JR Ashiya Station and a jewelry artisan and designer, has received an Outstanding Skilled Worker Award from Ashiya City!

↑ He was featured in this month’s issue of Koho Ashiya! The award recognizes his “more than 30 years in the same profession and contribution to society through outstanding craftsmanship.”
Kikui is both a master jewelry artisan and a jewelry designer.
In 2005, he unveiled his company’s original brand in New York, where pieces were purchased by famous Hollywood celebrities such as Paris Hilton. In 2007, he was also featured in “Japan’s Excellent Jewelers,” one of Japan’s most prestigious jewelry guides.
