Near Hanshin Ashiya Station, “いわみ眼科”, located on the 4th floor of “芦屋山下ビル” along the Naruo-Mikage Line, will apparently move to a newly built medical building two doors down starting Monday, December 22.

↑ The official website had posted a notice about the relocation. It says the move is “to improve convenience and enhance the clinic’s medical system.”

↑ According to the official website, it is an ophthalmology clinic with the motto “advanced medical care close to home,” and it also offers day surgery. Since April 2023, consultations have been by appointment.

↑ If you go this way, north, you’ll find “ヘアーサロン ソレイユ” and “芦屋ファミリークリニック形成外科皮フ科” next door, followed by the current “芦屋山下ビル.” Across the Naruo-Mikage Line are places like “芦屋警察署,” “芦屋税務署,” and “カトリック芦屋教会.”
↑ If you go the other way, south, Hanshin Ashiya Station’s elevated tracks are right there, and beyond the underpass is “芦屋市役所,” among other places.

After the move, the clinic will reportedly expand from 2 consultation rooms to 3, increase the number of doctors and staff, and also introduce four state-of-the-art medical devices. Clinic hours and the reservation phone number will also change, so please take note!
