Learning about money while playing? It’s happening in Ashiya!
This event is for children aged 4 to 9 and their parents or guardians. The popular “Kids Money School,” which has welcomed over 1,500 families in Nishinomiya and Ashiya, will be held in Ashiya.
It’s perfect for parents wondering, “How should I teach my child about money?”
Here it is ↓

This is an event where children aged 4 to 9 can learn about money through “playing shopkeeper.”
What will they do?
The children will take on the challenge of playing shopkeeper!
- Coloring products
- Setting prices
- Getting ready to open the shop
- Actually selling items and doing the math

Because they get to experience it like a real shop, it may feel like “play,” but it’s packed with learning. At the same time, parents and guardians will attend a money seminar. You’ll get a compact, useful lesson for families raising kids, covering topics like “how to give allowance” and “the basics of NISA.” Honestly, the adults might get even more into it. lol
It’s not just fun! Skills they’ll gain
- A sense that “money = thank you”
- An awareness that their parents work hard every day
- The ability to think and act for themselves

When kids are having fun, “thank you” starts coming out naturally before you know it.
