Applications for Ashiya City’s health promotion program “Ashiya Health Points 2025” opened on Monday, September 1〜

Anyone who is an Ashiya resident aged 18 or older as of September 1 can join! This year, applications are limited to the first 600 people. The application deadline is Monday, September 8, at 5:30 p.m. Registration will close once capacity is reached!
From Friday, October 17 to Saturday, February 7 next year, participants will take part in a Body Measurement Session (first term) or do a body check at home, then earn “Health Points”. It looks like winners will be selected by lottery to receive commemorative prizes based on the number of points earned〜

The prizes are worth up to 8,000 yen depending on the number of points, and a total of 130 people will win by lottery!
There are lots of appealing prizes, including foods such as Japanese sweets, Western-style sweets and coffee, and rice (Koshihikari), as well as walking shoes, electric foot massagers, hair brushes, and more〜!

How to Earn “Health Points”
In addition to joining a “Body Measurement Session,” you can earn “Health Points” by taking various health checkups and screenings, participating in programs and classes hosted by Ashiya City, taking health quizzes, working on your own health goals, walking routes from the “Ashiya Walking Map,” and more.
First-time participants will receive “First-Time Points: 50 points” just for joining〜
“Body Measurement Sessions” Held at the Health and Welfare Center in Kurekawacho

The “Body Measurement Sessions” will be held in October for the first term and in February for the second term, and participants can earn points by attending〜.
In about an hour, they’ll measure things like body composition, blood pressure, and muscle strength. It looks like participants will also receive souvenirs such as a handkerchief or a waterproof smartphone holder as a participation gift!
The “Body Measurement Sessions” will be held in the multipurpose hall at the “Health and Welfare Center” in Kurekawacho.
