“LIV” is currently undergoing renovation work and is scheduled to reopen around late April this year. After the renewal, 21 new shops will open, and three of them are shops that originated in Ashiya!

In the west area on the 2nd floor, which will become the dining zone, “Sakutto Takezono,” a new concept from the butcher shop “Ashiya Takezono,” and “MAGASIN DE PATES LA GOULUE ASHIYA,” a fresh pasta specialty shop and new concept from Ashiya Sakai Co., Ltd., will open.
Ashiya Sakai Co., Ltd. is the company that operates restaurants such as “Griddle Sakai” and “PASTA DINNER” in front of JR Ashiya Station〜

In the east area on the 2nd floor, which will become the sweets zone, “MAISON DU RUBAN PATISSERIE AKAINEKO,” a new concept from “PATISSERIE AKAINEKO,” also operated by Ashiya Sakai Co., Ltd., will open.
