Along National Route 2 in Miyazuka-cho, the manager and his wife at the ramen shop “Ashiya Ramen An” will apparently be “retiring” (leaving the shop) on Tuesday, January 14〜
In this article, we originally introduced the manager as someone who had “been with the shop since it was founded,” but more accurately, he was a manager who worked at the main shop for about 10 of its past 37 years.
The shop’s owners have remained the same family since its founding, and the master who had previously run the shop for many years has now returned.
