Bagels from N Bagel Ashiya Opened December 1 Kinako Salted Butter and Kuri Pork Prosciutto Sandwich Ashitsū Gourmet

We tried a variety of bagels from bagel specialty shop “N Bagel Ashiya,” which opened on December 1 in Chayanomachi, in front of Chaya Park〜

The “Kinako” is a bagel generously dusted with roasted soybean flour on the surface! You don’t see that very often〜

↑Inside, brown sugar and walnuts are rolled in! I thought it might be quite sweet, but it was surprisingly mild and gently flavored〜! The chewy texture and fragrant aroma are so comforting♪

↑You often see “salted butter bread,” but “salted butter bagels” might actually be pretty rare.

↑It looks simple, but the saltiness and buttery flavor combined with the extra-chewy bagel… this one is addictive!

↑This is a bagel sandwich filled with plenty of vegetables, avocado, and prosciutto made from “Kuri Buta,” pork from pigs raised on chestnuts!

The richly flavored prosciutto and perfectly ripe avocado go beautifully with the chewy bagel!
