Near JR Konan-Yamate Station, along the Fukae Main Line, the bakery “有機小麦工房 CODOMO BAKERY+ (Codomo Bakery Plus)” is reportedly having a pre-opening on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5, followed by its grand opening on Wednesday, October 9〜

↑A flyer announcing the pre-opening and grand opening was posted. It looks like this bakery is run by Muso Shoji, a specialized trading company for organic foods, with overall supervision by boulanger Masahiko Yoneyama, who is also the chef of “PAINDUCE”〜

↑There were also posters about their focus on ingredients, product introductions, and hiring opening staff.

↑The exterior of “有機小麦工房 CODOMO BAKERY+.” It used to be a bakery called “CODOMO BAKERY,” but it seems the management and other details have changed, and the shop name has been upgraded for this new opening.
