The Mister Donut Ashiya Shop, a doughnut specialty shop on the 1st floor of the East Building of the “Laporte” shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station, will reportedly be temporarily closed from Monday, September 2 to Tuesday, October 1.

↑ A “Notice of Temporary Closure” was posted on the shop window. There was also a “Notice of Change in Business Hours” posted alongside it. The current hours are 7:00 to 21:00, but after reopening, they will be shortened by one hour to 8:00 to 21:00.

Since it will be closed for a month, maybe they’re renovating the interior? They currently offer doughnuts as well as yam cha and hot dogs, but it would be nice if they started offering pizza or shakes too.
