The “Komeda Coffee Ashiya Laporte” opened on August 22 on the 1st floor of the North Building of “Laporte,” the shopping mall directly connected to JR Ashiya Station, along the Yamate Kansen road.

↑There were so many flowers lined up out front.
↑It looks like the shop will be open until 8:00 p.m. through Sunday, August 25, and after that it will be open until 11:00 p.m.
Inside, all seats are non-smoking, and free Wi-Fi and power outlets for charging are available. There were also counter seats separated for individual use.
↑As part of their child-rearing support, customers who show a childcare support passport such as the “Hyogo Kosodate Ouen no Mise” Passport can receive a mini soft-serve ice cream.

Finally
Until now, you had to go as far as Nada Ward or Sannomiya in Kobe, or to Hanshin Nishinomiya Station or Koshien Station in Nishinomiya City, but Komeda Coffee has finally arrived in Ashiya! Look forward to our upcoming “Ashitsuu Gourmet” article with a report on actually eating there.
