There was a sudden heavy downpour in Ashiya City from this morning through around noon, and afterward the Ashiya River had turned into quite a muddy torrent〜
↑The scene near Tsukiwaka Bridge around 2 p.m. Even though it didn’t rain for that long, the water was flowing really fast! It looks like the Okuike area got quite a bit of rain.
↑The scene near Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station around the same time. The current here also looks pretty fast. The riverbank grass along the Ashiya River was mowed the other day, but it looks like some of the grass in the river itself was left as is〜
