A new teppanyaki steak restaurant looks set to open around August along an alley east of Sanpachi-dori in Chayanomachi.

↑It looks like it will be a street-level shop on the first floor. On the second floor of the same building is the men’s hair removal salon “ASHIYA〜髭〜LABO.”
↑If you go this way (west), you’ll soon reach Sanpachi-dori, with Ogimasu Park beyond that, and farther on you’ll come out onto Ashiya Hondori.
↑If you go the other way (east), you’ll find the Italian restaurant “BARACCA ASHIYA,” “Aozora Pharmacy Ashiya,” and other places, leading out to Chaya Sakura-dori.
Finally
We still don’t know anything about the restaurant, including its name, but construction seemed to be steadily moving along. This June, the steak restaurant “KALM” opened in Kimitsucho, and this new place also feels like it might become a hidden gem.
