The apartment building being constructed next to “酒のやまや 芦屋店” in Miyazuka-cho, along the Naruo-Mikage Line, will apparently be called “ワコーレ芦屋宮塚町 薫風の邸”.
↑ The temporary construction wall had information posted about the apartment name and model room. It looks like the indoor parking area will also include storage rooms.

The address is 17-7 Miyazuka-cho, Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
↑ It will apparently be a five-story reinforced concrete apartment building with 20 residential units. Construction is scheduled to continue until the end of July next year.
