Wine and Creative Cuisine Restaurant ici Near Hanshin Ashiya Station Is Closing Around Mid-September and Moving to Osaka

The wine and creative cuisine restaurant “ici”, located near Hanshin Ashiya Station along the Naruo-Mikage Line in Kawanishi-cho, is apparently closing around mid-September and planning to relocate to Osaka.

↑ A notice was posted next to the restaurant’s door. After relocating to Osaka, it will reportedly reopen in a newly built location, offering French and Italian cuisine in a yakiniku-style format. Sounds like it’s going to be a pretty unique place.

↑ The exterior of “ici.” The owner previously ran an Italian restaurant called “Gamila” in Higashiyama-cho, and opened this restaurant in February 2017.

↑ The restaurant is on the south side of the Naruo-Mikage Line, near Ashiya Municipal Gymnasium. Facing the restaurant, “Kanariya Shoten” is on the left, “Noble Tree Coffee Roasters” is on the right, and the hair salon “avail” is on the second floor of the same building.

↑ If you head this way east, you’ll soon reach the “Seishonen Center-mae” intersection on Sakura-dori. Across the intersection are places like “Shinko Sports Ground (Kawanishi Sports Ground),” and this is also the direction of Hanshin Ashiya Station.
