Regarding the former “Art Grace Next Ashiya” site, the Corporate Location Promotion Division of the Hyogo Prefectural Public Enterprise Agency is holding a competition to find a business operator to use the land as a “commercial facility that helps create vibrancy in the town.” It would be great if a nice commercial facility opened there.

In addition to operating as a wedding venue, “Art Grace Next Ashiya” also hosted events such as afternoon tea at the cafe inside the facility.
Pets were allowed during events, so there were probably many dog lovers who visited often. It’s a place that holds memories for many people, and we hope the site will be put to wonderful use…!
